Impact Ministers Mentoring Outreach

Network

More Than a Gathering. A Network.

How ministers participate in Impact - through mentorship, training and committed membership.

Mentorship

Who it's for
Ministers seeking intentional, ongoing spiritual guidance.
What it means
One-on-one and group mentoring under Pastor George Izunwa's leadership - prayer, counsel and impartation aimed at ministry growth.
How it works
Mentoring relationships typically begin through sustained participation in Impact gatherings before a formal mentoring commitment is made.

Proteges

Who it's for
Ministers who submit to the ministry of Pastor George Izunwa as spiritual sons.
What it means
The closest tier of relationship within Impact - ongoing mentorship, accountability and spiritual covering.
How it works
Register as a Protege through the Impact portal; registration includes biodata and is reviewed as part of onboarding.

Covenant Partners

Who it's for
Ministers who have already benefited and grown under Impact's ministry.
What it means
A willing, continuing commitment to mentorship by Pastor George Izunwa, beyond regular attendance.
How it works
Covenant Partner status is typically reached after a period of active involvement in the network.

Associate Members

Who it's for
Ministers who regularly attend vigils, conferences and other Impact functions.
What it means
Full access to Impact's gatherings and community, without further formal commitment to the network.
How it works
Register as a Member through the Impact portal - no prior affiliation required.

Training

Who it's for
Ministers building the practical and theological capacity to lead effectively.
What it means
Teaching, modeling and counsel delivered through Impact's retreats, conferences and monthly gatherings.
How it works
Training is woven through every Impact gathering - retreats, conferences and vigils alike.

Impact does not insist that ministers submit to Pastor George Izunwa as a spiritual father in order to benefit from its activities - all ministers, irrespective of ministry affiliation, are welcome.
